Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
This starter policy reflects AVELINGO’s planned 24-hour notice rule for rescheduling.
Rescheduling
Students should request any rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Rescheduling is subject to AVELINGO approval and instructor availability.
Late cancellations
Classes cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used, except where AVELINGO approves an exception.
Group classes
Group-class schedules are shared across multiple learners and may not be rescheduled for an individual student.
AVELINGO changes
If AVELINGO needs to cancel or move a class, affected students will be offered an appropriate replacement arrangement.
Before launch
This policy should be finalized together with your payment, package-expiry, refund and exceptional-circumstances rules before accepting paid enrolments.
